Confidence limits for processes with small statistics in several subchannels and with measurement errors
Description
In the present article the generalisation of the usual equation for the upper limit for Poisson-distributed signals with known background is derived for the same process but with several subchannels, and for the case of continuous variables in processes with Poisson-distributed total number of events.
