Sources of electron beams with energy upto 1 keV

Description
Designs and parameters of two electron guns and sources of monochromatic electrons to be used in specrometric measurements are described. The source within 15-500 eV energy range provides for upto 0,5 mA beam current at <0.2 eV energy heterogeneity and 3 deg angular devergence
