Anharmonic interaction of degenerated local vibrations of CrO42- - Ag+ and WO42- - Ag+ complexes in KBr and KI crystals
Description
Infrared absorption and Raman spectra are obtained in the range of high-frequency local vibrations of impurity complexes in KBr(CrO42-+ Ag+) and KI(WO42-, Ag+) crystals. It is shown that complex formation leads to partial degeneration removal of thrice-degenerated vibrations 3(F2) of CrO42- and WO42- ions. The temperature dependence of splitting component halfwidths of such vibrations in the 100-500 K temperature range is studied. On the basis of obtained data symmetries of impurity vibrational states are obtained and dynamics of impurity complexes is calculated. The isotropic structure of infrared spectrum in the ω3(F2) range is determined and it is shown that the observed spectrum structure and intensity distribution well agree with the calculated data
