The MOSKIT program for calculating (n, p, π, e, y) particles transport in a matter by the Monte-Carlo method

Description

A new MOSKIT program is elaborated in connection with of introduction of more strict requirements to the accuracy of radiation probes solution using high-energy accelerators and storage rings. The given version of the program where n-γ constants of USCONS and hadron constants of SADKO are used, is designed to calculate transfer of protons and pions within 10 MeV - 10 TeV energy range, 0.02 eV - 10 TeV neutrons and 0.02 MeV - 20 MeV photons. The paper presents a description of the program and the results of its testings. The calculated data agree well with the experimental ones. 7 refs.; 4 figs
