Description
The special form of the model-independent consistency relations between the single-particle mass operator and the amplitude on N N-interaction in nuclear medium is derived. This form is adequate to the problem of description of the excited states of even-even nuclei beyond the random-phase approximation. It enables one to solve in a sense the problem of the ghost 1- state separation in models, which take into account the contribution introduced by complex configurations into the structure of ground and excited nuclear states
