Investigation on the catecholamine deficiency of rat hypothalamus at later

Description
A study was made of the mechanism of formation of the catecholamine deficiency in the rat hypothalamus 1.6 and 12 months following irradiation in a dose of 4 Gy. It was shown that the main cause of diminution of catecholamines is perhaps lacking in their precursor, DOPA. In addition, monoamine oxidase pathway of oxidation also plays a certain role
