Description

A comparative analysis of remote results of treatment of 202 patients with low differentiated lung cancer has been conducted. Among them 149 were undergone to operative treatment, 53 dot a combined therapy (operation with irradiation). Irradiation was conducted 1-2 months after surgical treatment. Dose power 1 Gy/min, single dose for daily irradiation - 1.5-2 Gy. Total dose per seat - 40-60 Gy for treatment during 4-7 weeks. For localization of primary tumour in the upper part of lung zone of radiation included over-collar-bone region, which irradiated with the single doses 2-5 Gy and with the total dose from 30 to 50 Gy. It is revealed, that the combined therapy for low differentiated cancer of lungs does not give better remote results of treatment. For this methods 5-years surgical is 18.9±2.6 % and for surgical method - 17.4±2.3 %. 5 refs., 1 tab
