Pion-deuteron scattering and the off-shell πN T matrix

Description
We calculated pion-deuteron elastic scattering in the impulse approximation, using Wick's three-body helicity formalism, and compared it with data at energies around the 3,3 resonance. We used a separable form for the off-shell πN T matrix, which avoids the problems of other forms that have been used previously, and found good agreement with experimental data
