Description
Kazakhstan is the global leader in primary uranium production, providing more than 40 % of the world's annual nuclear fuel needs. National Atomic Company Kazatomprom JSC is a national operator for the export and import of uranium, rare metals and nuclear fuel for nuclear power plants. The Company has been the world leader in uranium mining since 2010, and in 2018, it also became the world's leading seller of uranium.
