The volume contains the lectures given by the participants of the conference from Belgium, France, the Netherlands and the Federal Republic of Germany. They show a relatively harmonious consciousness of the problem that an initiation must be made in North-West Europe not to block the future development of this area. In addition, the work group's report on 'the safeguard in regional planning of locations for energy-producing plants in North-West Europe' are printed, with reports from the countries and a synthesis of legal bases, methods, criterion and implementations. Der Band enthaelt Vortraege der Konferenzteilnehmer aus Belgien, Frankreich, den Niederlanden und der Bundesrepublik. Sie lassen ein relativ einvernehmliches Problembewusstsein erkennen, dass in Nordwesteuropa die Weichen heute gestellt werden muessen, um die kuenftige Entwicklung dieses Raumes nicht zu blockieren. Im Anhang ist abgedruckt der Bericht der Arbeitsgruppe ueber 'Raumordnerische Sicherung von Standorten fuer Energieerzeugungsanlagen in Nordwest-Europa' mit Laenderberichten und einer Synthese von Rechtsgrundlagen, Verfahren, Kriterien und Durchfuehrung.
