The 21Ne(d(pol),p)22Ne reaction to the Jsup(π)=2+, 4.46 MeV level in 22Ne

Description
Measurements of the 21Ne(d(pol),p)22Ne reaction have been used to deduce spectroscopic factors for the three jsub(n) values which contribute to the transition to the 4.46 MeV level in 22Ne. The results agree with the shell-model calculation of Preedom and Wildenthal. (Auth.)
