Description

Nonlinear electron gradient waves (EGW), which can, in particular, be of interest for simulation of collective processes caused by electron-ion gradient waves are theoretically investigated. Three-dimensional nonlinear EGW equation is obtained. The nonlinear EGW is shown to exist in the form of a one-dimensional and ring solitons as well as in the form of the Larichev-Reznik vortices. Stability of the one-dimensional soliton is investigated with respect to three-dimensional pertutbations. The one-dimensional soliton is found to be unstable
