Conductor quasi one-dimension: (TTF) (TCNQ), (NMP) (TCNQ) and KCP
Description
This phenomena was observed from organomaterials (NMP) (TCNQ) and (TTF)(TCNQ). It was found also from in-organic substance called KCP or K2Pt(CN)4Br0.3.3H2O. Relation of chain structure with electrical conductivities is reviewed. From the experiments, a metal-insulator transition is mentioned. Theoretical approach to explain this phenomena based on charge density wave (CDW) is also discussed. (author)
