Characteristics of phase-decomposed state in manganites and their relationship with transport and magnetic properties

Description
The temperature and magnetofield resistance dependences, magnetoresistance and susceptibilities of the manganites are described within the frames of the model of the nonhomogeneous state, accounting for the availability of the ferromagnetic-correlation areas in the interval of the parameters, responsible for the dielectric behavior. Main attention is paid to the area of the comparatively high temperatures and small fields. Comparison of the theoretical results with the experimental data makes it possible to identify the basic characteristics of the nonhomogeneous state of the (La1-yPry)0.7Ca0.3MnO3; Pr0.71Ca0.29MnO3; (La0.4Pr0.6)1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7; La0.8Mg0.2MnO3

В рамках модели неоднородного состояния, учитывающей наличие ферромагнтно-коррелированных областей, описывается температурная и магнитополевая зависимости сопротивления, магнитосопротивления и восприимчивости манганитов в интервале парметров, отвечающих диэлектрическому поведению. Основной упор делается на область сравнительно высоких температур и малых полей. Сравнение теоретических результатов с экспериментальными данными позволяет выявить основные характеристики неоднородного состояния манганитов (La1-yPry)0.7Ca0.3MnO3; Pr0.71Ca0.29MnO3; (La0.4Pr0.6)1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7; La0.8Mg0.2MnO3Additional details
