The space charge capacity at the indium antimonide surface when the electron gas is degenerate

Description
It is shown that degeneration of the electron gas at the semiconductor surface reduces the dependence of the space charge capacity on the surface potential. The results obtained agree with the experimental data for indium antimonide at T=77degK. Applicability of the capacity field effect method is discussed
