Dependence of observed fragmentation of giant resonances on charge and energy of heavy ions

The role of Coulomb field in the formation of the observed characteristics (form of resonance curve, power fragmentation, ratio of decay branches) of giant resonance in spectra of inelastic scattered heavy ions recorded in coincidence with decay products of giant resonance, is studied
