Manifestation of structural diversity during crystallization of Bi1.8Pb0.2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+x amorphous films

Description

A study was made on peculiarities at atomic and electronic structures and their manifestation in electric properties of amorphous films, prepared by spraying of polycrystalline superconducting target of Bi1.8Pb0.2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+x composition in diode system at growth temperatures 20 <= ts <= 450 deg C. It was established that effect of ts on structure, electric conductivity and optical absorption of amorphous layers was manifested by nonmonotonous changes of physical parameters with extreme values at ts=150 and 250 deg C. 11 refs.; 4 figs
