Photo- and cathodoluminescence of double rare earth lithium metaphosphates
Description
Solid-phase synthesis has been used to obtain luminescent samples of the LiLnsub(1-x)Eusub(x)(POsub(3))sub(4), LiLnsub(1-x)Tbsub(x)(POsub(3))sub(4) composition, where Ln-La, Y, Cd, x=0.1-1.0. The characteristic peculiarity of luminophors investigated is insignificant concentration luminescence quenching, which is observed during both cathodo-and photoexcitation. Tb luminescence effectiveness in LiTbsub(1-x)Cesub(x)(POsub(3))sub(4) double metaphosphates increases considerably in the case of Ce introduction
