Single element NaI(Tl) light particle detector
Description
The feasibility of resolving protons, deuterons, tritons, and α particles over a large energy range with a single NaI(Tl) scintillator is demonstrated. This is accomplished by combining light output, time-of-flight, and pulse shape information
