Human-machine interface design for Feed-water control of Steam Generator in computerized Nuclear Power Plant
Description
The feed-water control function of Steam Generator (SG)is used to regulate the level of the steam generator's secondary side of Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs) to the set-point for the NPP safety and stable operation. The feed-water control function related to a lot of systems is integrated and complex. This paper chooses and establishes the main control function modules included by SG feed-water control function, and farther organizes the monitoring information and control information for main operation step in the main control function module effectively by developing requirement and function analysis of SG feed-water function under the normal operation and emergency operation of NPP, and based on the result mentioned above, design a kind of human-machine interface of SG feed-water control of NPP in order to facilitate the operators to obtain the monitoring and control information, and the upstream and downstream of equipment quickly and exactly, and accordingly increase the implementation efficiency and reduce human failure and operators burden.
