Radiostimulating effect of ionizing radiation on rat spermatozoa

Description
The influence of different doses (0,5 - 80 Gy) of gamma-irradiation on the rat spermatozoa was analyzed. The spermatozoa irradiation in epididymises, but not in the physiological solution, has been proved to prevent destruction of plasma membranes and preserve motility, mobility, acid and salt resistance of spermatozoa in post-irradiation period
