The application and practice of nuclear power research and production business integration management platform

The Research Institute Of Nuclear Power Operation (hereinafter referred to as '105 Institute') is a scientific research institution specialized in the research of nuclear power operation technology and technological service. In 2007, the 105 Institute established China Nuclear Power Operation Technology Corporation, LTD (hereinafter referred to as 'holding company') launching the unit's high-quality assets, market and management operation advantages into holding. This paper takes the Research Institute of Nuclear Power Operation carrying out the research and production business integration management system as a example, introduces its adjustment and optimization of their own organizational structure and system specification, and at the same time establishes scientific research and production business integration management system and informatization management platform, which covers the 105 Institute and holding company seven parts of business management, project management, procurement management, human resource management, equipment inventory management, quality and safety management and financial management, expounding application and practice of the platform in nuclear power scientific research institution. The successful on-line operation of the research and production business integration management platform, greatly improves the management level and efficiency of the 105 Institute, and meets the increasingly diverse market competition needs.
