Testing facility for non-destructive testing of a reactor pressure vessel
Description
The proposal deals with fixing an ultrasonic testing unit by which measurements are to be performed at a nuclear reactor pressure vessel. For inspections in the interspace between the pressure vessel and the corre barrel a rotating track is put onto the core barrel. The track is carrying a mounting which has got a rail that can be moved in vertical direction. On this rail a carrier for the testing equipment is travelling. Several constructional details are mentioned. (orig./PW)
