Description
Chemical composition and structure of immobilized organic mercury compounds are studied through the X-ray fluorescence (RFA) and X-ray electron spectroscopy analyses. High reproducibility of the RFA measurement results is achieved and the low limit of the mercury identification (7x10-4 mass%) is obtained. 7 refs.; 2 tabs
