Description

Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) radiative convection flow of an incompressible, homogeneous, electrically conducting, viscous liquid past an accelerated porous plate with thermal radiation and Hall current in rotating system is investigated analytically using Laplace transform technique. The plate is subjected to constant suction/injection and heat generation/absorption. The solutions for velocity distribution and temperature field are obtained in terms of complementary error function. The whole system is considered in a state of solid body rotation with constant angular velocity about the axis, normal to the porous plate. The effects of the parameters entered into the equations of momentum and energy are evaluated shown graphically and discussed. (author)
