The influence of electron beam direction on speed of degradation of silicon solar cells parameters

Description
The authors have determined that the speed of Ik.z and Ux.x degradation in SC (solar cells) simply estimated by the electron beam direction relatively to the direction of gradient of admixture concentration. The highest speed of parameters degradation is observed at the coincidence of these directions and the lowest one - at the perpendicular direction of electron beam to the gradient of admixture concentration.
