Focusing and transport of laser plasma X-radiation

Description
Device for concentrating energy of soft X-radiation and vacuum ultraviolet radiation of laser plasma has been developed and tested. The device represents the package of X-ray waveguides (400 pieces). Hollow glasscapillary tubes with 0.4 min inside diameter and 0.1 mm wall thickness were used as waveguides. The device enables to bundle radiation from ∼2x10-2Sr solid angle and consentrate it in small region of ∼ 1 mm2 area at 0.5 m distance
