Parity violation in proton-proton scattering at COSY
Description
At the Cooler Synchrotron COSY at Juelich two experiments testing parity violation in rvec p-p scattering are planned. The experiment at 230 MeV is p-exchange dominated giving additional independent information for the weak meson-nucleon coupling constants. The experiment at 1.5 GeV probes the energy-dependence of AZ. Consequences for the experimental set-up are discussed
