Evidence of complex magnetism in CePt3C
- 1. Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Ke Karlovu 5, Prague 2 121 16 (Czech Republic)
Description
CePt3C has been synthesized and studied by powder X-ray diffraction (at RT), specific heat, resistivity and magnetization measurements at temperatures from RT down to 0.4K and in magnetic fields up to 10T. A possible scenario for the ground state of CePt3C based on the observed phenomena is proposed
