Estimation on annual effective dose equivalent for whole-body exposed staff in uranium exploration
Description
Nuclear radiation from 226Ra radiation sources No.6 or No.5 used in γ logging probe or geophysical documentation instrument and 137Cs radiation sources used at density logging may cause harm to the human body without protection. This article systematically introduces the estimation to nuclear radiation of γ radiation sources personal effective dose equivalent to whole body exposed staff in uranium exploration, which will provide a guidance to the radiation protection for the staff.
