Description
Phosphate glasses, LiF:Mg, Ti detectors as well as ionization chambers have been applied to dose measurements in a 9 MeV photon beam. Agreement was found between the results of phantom measurements and the depth dose distribution within a single block of glass. Irradiated free in air these detectors show a response between 0.27 and 1.28 in comparison to the reading of an ionization chamber at a depth of 3 g/cm2. (Auth.)
