Full text: This was not intended to be a women's feature, but the three pictures here show that atomic energy is not confined to men. Besides the many women engaged in laboratory and staff work there are others in high positions. Miss B. Margaret Meagher (below) Canadian Ambassador, Member and former Chairman of the IAEA Board of Governors, signs an agreement transferring to the Agency responsibility for administering safeguards under a Canadian-Japanese bilateral cooperation treaty. Mrs. Amalia G.C. de Castillo Ledon (top next page), Mexican Ambassador and Resident Representative to the Agency, is signing a supply and project agreement by which Mexico will receive fuel elements and a neutron source from USAthrough the Agency. Miss Eva Christina Forsman (bottom next page), Alternate Representative for Finland, signed an agreement under which enriched uranium for a training and research reactor in her country will be provided through the Agency from USA.
