Study of high-energy gamma rays from relativistic nucleus-nucleus collisions
- 1. Department of Physics, University of California, Berkeley, California 94720
Description
First measurements of 40--500-MeV γ rays from collisions of 2-GeV/amu Ne and Ar with Ca and Pb targets are presented. Implications with regard to production of bremsstrahlung photons and of π0, eta, and Δ(1232) particles are discussed
