Environmental protection
Description
The question of environment protection related to the use of nuclear energy aiming to power generation, based on the harmonic concept of economic and industrial development, preserving the environment, is discussed. A brief study of environmental impacts for some energy sources, including nuclear energy, to present the systems of a nuclear power plant which aim at environmental protection, is done. (M.C.K.)

Discute-se a questao da protecao ao meio ambiente no uso da energia nuclear para fins da geracao eletrica, baseado no conceito harmonico de desenvolvimento economico e industrial preservando-se o meio ambiente. E feito um breve estudo dos impactos ambientais de algumas fontes de energia, incluindo a nuclear, para apresentar os sistemas existentes em uma usina nuclear que visam a protecao do meio ambiente.
