Calculation of the electric susceptibilities of the helium atom

Description

The static and the dynamic dipole polarizabilities and the static quadrupole polarizability of the helium atom were calculated. The results are α=0.02070 x 10-24 cm3 for the static dipole polarizability and γ4 =0.1038 x 10-40 cm 5 for the static quadrupole polarizability. (Auth.)
