Highlights: • Electrochemical exfoliation method is one-step graphene synthesis. • The most low-cost method for the production of proper graphene. • The most efficient method for the production of graphene for the industrial usage. • Optimized ultrasonic wave power and temperature cause higher-quality graphene. • The ultrasonic wave decreases oxygen groups in graphene synthesis.
