Neutron polarisers
Description
The methods now available for producing intense beams of cold, thermal and epithermal neutrons are summarized. Many of these techniques are the result of development work over the past 5 years. These different polarisers vary enormously in technical complexity, cost and in the neutron energy ranges over which they can be used. (author)
