Description
The author outlines the development of the environmental protection law in the Federal Republic of Germany. In response to environmental problems, legal regulations frequently have to be adapted or amended. In the atomic energy law, a dynamic protection of legal objects is reached by the regulation in sec. 7, sub.-sec.2 Atomic Energy Act, in which the present state of technology has to be considered. Der Verfasser gibt einen Ueberblick zur Entwicklung des Umweltschutzrechts in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Aufgrund neuer umweltrelevanter Probleme muessen gesetzliche Regelungen staendig angepasst oder erneuert werden. Im Atomrecht wird ein dynamischer Rechtsgueterschutz durch die offene Fassung des Paragraphen 7 II AtomG erreicht, in dem der gegenwaertige Stand der Technik beruecksichtigt werden muss.
