Cet article rend compte des propositions de recommandations pour un programme minimal d'assurance de qualite en radiotherapie externe faites par un groupe de travail de la Societe Francaise des physiciens d'hopital et de la Societe Francaise de radiotherapie oncologique avec la participation de physiciens et radiotherapeutes belges: repartition des taches, nombre de personnels, controles periodiques a effectuer pour un accelerateur, materiel a utiliser pour la dosimetrie, maintenance, radioprotection, controle de la chaine dosimetrique, dossier technique
