Nonlinear conductivity formation in CdS under long-wave laser irradiation
Creators
Description
Results are presented of investigating effects of thermal action of CO2 continuous laser radiation on the A2B6 semiconducting compounds. As a material was used nondoped CdS of n-type conductivity. Irradiation of broken off surfaces was fulfilled in normal conditions at the power of 100-600 W/cm2. One on substantial variations of initial material properties under certain power and time irradiation was appearance of nonlinear conductivity in the irradiated material
