Description
Present article is devoted to physicochemical and hydrodynamic properties of pectic polysaccharides from sunflower. The result of physicochemical and hydrodynamic behaviours of pectic polysaccharides obtained by sequential dissolution of pectin fraction by salt, water and acid solution are presented. It's shown that sunflower pectic polysaccharides obtained thus are different in physicochemical properties, various in hydrodynamic behaviours, molecular-mass distribution, size and form of macromolecules.
