Radiobiology Department. Report of Activities 1977-1980
Description
The different research activities carried out by the Radiobiology Department of the CNEA over the 4-year period 1977-1980 are summarized. These activities were devoted to the study of the effects of radiation on different biological systems, to the search for adequate experimental models, and to the development of techniques permiting a correct evaluation of the information obtained. Topics covered are genetics, microbiology, somatic effects of radiation, pathology and the operation of the animal's house. (M.E.L.)

Se resumen las investigaciones llevadas a cabo por el Departamento de Radiobiologia de la CNEA durante el periodo de 4 anos 1977-1980. La actividad se oriento a estudiar los efectos de la radiacion en diferentes sistemas biologicos, a la busqueda de modelos experimentales adecuados y al desarrollo de tecnicas que permitieran una correcta evaluacion de la informacion obtenida. Los temas cubiertos son genetica, microbiologia, efectos somaticos de la radiacion, patologia y la operacion del bioterio. (M.E.L.)Files
