Use of the Rossendorf zero-power annular-core reactor for fast reactor physics investigations

Description
Fast reactor physics investigations recently performed at the Rossendorf zero-power annular-core reactor (RRR) are reviewed. The fast substitution lattice (SEG) as well as the neutron spectrometry and reactivity measuring methods are briefly described. The SEG configurations I to IV are discussed in more detail considering objectives, arrangements, measurements and results of calculation methods testing and of nuclear data evaluation. (author)
