Inner bremsstrahlung accompanying beta decay of 170Tm

Description
The inner bremmsstrahlung (IB) spectrum accompanying beta decay of 170Tm was measured using magnetic deflection technique. The raw spectrum was unfolded using the procedure of Liden and Starfelt. The unfolded IB spectrum was compared with the theories of Knipp and Uhlenbeck and Bloch; Lewis and Ford. Comparison was made with Ford and Martin theory in order to estimate the contribution of detour transitions to the IB spectrum of 170Tm. (author)
