Comment on 'composite nucleons and the Dirac sea'
Description
It is pointed out that Lorentz invariance forbids suppressing the anti-particle contributions in Dirac phenomenology without also considering the particle contributions. Furthermore, the contribution of virtual NN pairs at the tree level can be shifted via a unitary transformation to a contact term which is not subject to any suppression. Thus checks of the validity of Dirac phenomenology must study the complete propagator. (author)
