Description
In a recent paper, Sharif and Fatima (see Nuovo Cimento B, 120 (2005) 533) have found the energy and momentum densities for the Weyl metric, using Einstein, Landau-Lifsitz, Papapetrou energy-momentum complexes. However, the results they have found are not correct. Furthermore, these results are not corresponding to the results obtained earlier, in Cartesian coordinates, by Gad (see Mod. Phys. Lett. A, 19 (2004) 1847; Gen. Rel. Grav., 38 (2006) 417). In this paper we provide the corrected results by employing the aforesaid energy momentum complexes
