Study on the release of 14C-chlorosulfuron bound residues

Description
High-temperature distillation (HTD) and supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) methods were used to extract 14C-chlorsulfuron bound residues from soil. It was revealed that about 27.8% of bound residues could be released from soil at 200∼300 degree C with HTD method. However, the released residues could not be trapped by absorbent solution because of their less volatility. When supercritical methanol was used to extract bound residues, 85.81% of bound residues could be extracted from soil in 30 minutes
