New data on the interaction between high-energy electrons and positrons and monocrystals

Description
Peculiarities of radiation and nuclear interactions of electrons and posirons of high energies (up to 1 GeV) in their transmission through Si and Nb monocrystals are investigated. Presence of essential changes of intensity in the soft part of electron and positron radiation spectrum has revealed advisability of measuring orientation dependences in the yields of nuclear reactions from the monocrystals. Attention should be paid at difference of yields from amorphous specimens under the action of photons and directly from the monocrystal
