Description
General statistical relations valid for sunspot groups on a rotating Sun are derived under the assumption that both fundamental parameters (the number of sunspots formed per unit time over unit heliographic longitude and their frequency distribution with respect to lifetime) depend on time as well as on the heliographic longitude.
