Thermal behavior of Mn- and P-containing anodic-spark coatings on titanium

Description
Methods of differential thermal, electron X-ray spectrum and X-ray diffraction analyses are applied to study the coatings formed under conditions of electric breakdown in electrolytes with manganese polyphosphate complexes. It is shown, that annealing below 1000 deg C have no effect on element concentration in coatings, but results in crystallization of Na0.23TiO2 bronze, Mn2P2O7 manganese pyrophosphate, NaTi2(PO4)3, Mn(II)Mn(III)Ti(PO4)3 sodium and manganese titanium phosphates
Abstract (Russian)
Методами дифференциального термического, электронного рентгеноспектрального и рентгенофазового анализов исследованы покрытия, сформированные в режиме электрических пробоев в электролитах с полифосфатными комплексами марганца. Показано, что отжиг до 1000 град С не влияет на концентрацию элементов в покрытиях, но приводит к кристаллизации бронзы Na0.23TiO2, пирофосфата марганца Mn2P2O7, титанофосфатов натрия и марганца NaTi2(PO4)3, Mn(II)Mn(III)Ti(PO4)3Additional details
